Yes, we always charge a sample fee before starting any prototype production. This fee covers the cost of materials, labor, and customization, and is typically a small, one-time cost.
Please also note that international air courier fees are charged separately — and in most cases, this is also a minimal expense.

Full payment is required before we arrange shipment. During the production phase, we provide video updates so you can preview the finished products before delivery. This ensures transparency and confidence in the final result.
For large-volume orders, production and delivery may be arranged in batches. In such cases, payment for each batch must be settled in advance before we begin production on that portion.

 We will recommend the most suitable shipping method based on your location — including air freight, sea freight, or railway transport — to balance speed and cost.
You’re welcome to use your own logistics partner, or we can arrange shipping through our trusted carriers.
If you choose our logistics service, shipping fees are transparent and fairly calculated. A prepayment is required, and we operate on a “pay-in-advance with refund-or-top-up” basis depending on the actual shipping cost.
